Coordinator - Welfare Projects & Resource Mobilization

Batanagar Riverside Cultural and Welfare Association (BRCAWA), a professional community welfare organization, invites applications for the position of Coordinator to manage its welfare projects and support resource mobilization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage BRCAWA's welfare projects and community initiatives.
Assist in resource mobilization, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
Maintain project records, documentation, and reports.
Liaise with residents, volunteers, donors, and partner organizations.
Support the Executive Committee in implementing welfare and development programs.
Eligibility
Graduate with a background in Commerce, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of documentation and computer applications.
Candidates residing in Batanagar will be preferred.
Preference
Female candidates from Batanagar will be given preference.

Remuneration
Rs12,000 - 15,000 per month (consolidated), depending on qualifications and experience.
