Sahabhagi Vikash Abhiyan (SVA) invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Block Project Coordinator (BPC) under the Shree Anna Abhiyan (SAA), a flagship millet promotion programme of the Government of Odisha. The programme focuses on millet-based livelihoods, sustainable agriculture, nutrition security, farmer institution building, and market linkages.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and facilitate implementation of Shree Anna Abhiyan at the block level.
2. Prepare and execute block level action plans and ensure achievement of project targets.
3. Supervise and guide ABPC, field staff, and community institutions.
4. Facilitate farmer mobilization, demonstrations, trainings, exposure visits, and awareness campaigns.
5. Coordinate with Agriculture Department officials, ATMA, line departments, FPOs, SHGs, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor millet production, consumption, processing, and value chain activities.
7. Conduct regular field visits and review meetings.
8. Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, documentation, and financial records.
9. Support strengthening of farmer groups, and FPO.
10. Maintain project records and facilitate audits, evaluations, and monitoring visits.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture, livelihoods, rural development.
Experience in millet promotion will be preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and report writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel extensively in rural areas.

Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience as per organizational norms.
