Trainer Profile – Housing Finance
Shimla Himachal Pradesh, Bhalswa Dairy Delhi, Ambala Haryana Begusarai

I. Objective of the Program – Housing Finance

1. To train students to become employable in the Housing Finance industry by equipping them with relevant knowledge, skills, and practical exposure.
2. To prepare participants for Sales roles in Housing Finance companies, ensuring they can contribute effectively from day one.
3. To bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the Housing Loan industry.
4. To instill confidence in participants through real-world examples and case studies.

End Objectives of the Program – Housing Loan:
• Trainers should ensure participants:
o Understand the end-to-end Housing Loan process, including Sales, customer onboarding, with proper and compliance.
o Demonstrate Confidence in Sales Roles and loan disbursement skills.
o Communicate effectively with customers to provide clarity on loan products and repayment terms.
o Implement risk management practices and operational efficiency techniques.
o Are ready to join entry-level roles in the Housing Finance industry immediately after the training.

II. Academic Qualifications:
• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
• Certification in Training & Development.
• Additional certifications in Banking, Branch operations, or customer service are advantageous.

III. Work Experience and Competencies:
a. Work Experience:
• Minimum 5–7 years in the BFSI industry with hands-on experience in branch operations, customer handling and service. Minimum 1-2 years of Housing Finance Department Experience in Training Field.
• Proven track record in training delivery or mentoring roles within the similar sector.
• Experience in rural or semi-urban branch operations is preferred.
b. Competencies:
• Ability to engage students for an intensive 20-day training program with relevant, real-world examples.
• Proficient in Housing Loan concepts like Eligibility Criteria, Operational processes, Loan Application and Documentation, Risk and Compliance standards.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to keep learners engaged and motivated.
• Industry knowledge to share practical insights and case studies.
• Expertise in delivering training on Sales, Customer service, Risk management, and Operational best practices.
• Adaptability to connect with students from diverse educational and regional backgrounds.

IV. Trainer Deliverables:

• Plan and deliver an 20-day training program focused on employability in the Housing Loan industry.
• Provide practical demonstrations during Inhouse OJT process, Customer Interaction and Sales, Loan Disbursement, and Repayment tracking.
• Facilitate group discussions, role plays, and simulations on customer service and branch operations.
• Share real-world examples and case studies to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on activities.
• Submit training completion reports, including participant feedback and employability readiness.
