Job Summary

The School Principal serves as the chief educational and administrative leader of the school, responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering academic excellence, ensuring student well-being, and managing daily operations. The Principal works collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, parents, and the wider community to create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Planning
Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Lead school improvement initiatives focused on academic achievement and student development.
Promote a positive school culture that reflects the school's values and objectives.
Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years or more of teaching experience, including leadership or administrative responsibilities.

Working type:
Full-time position requiring regular presence on campus.

Salary: 15000-20000 per month negotiable (as per qualification & experience)
