About the Role - We are looking for a passionate and driven Program Officer to support the implementation of the Aahar Samarth Project in Mumbai. The role involves strengthening maternal and child health services through collaboration with ICDS, public health systems, frontline workers, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support immunization, maternal and child health, and nutrition initiatives
2. Mentor and strengthen capacities of Anganwadi Workers, ASHAs, and community volunteers
3. Facilitate community engagement and awareness activities
4. Coordinate with government stakeholders and public health systems
5. Monitor program implementation, documentation, reporting, and data quality
6. Ensure timely field visits, reviews, and follow-up actions

What We Are Looking For
1. 3–5 years of experience in Public Health / Social Development
2. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Passion for community engagement and social impact
5. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
