Jashpur Jan Vikas Sanstha (JJVS), a reputed development organization working for community empowerment and sustainable development, invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the post of Training & Documentation Manager.

Location: Jashpur and Surguja Districts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution.
Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office applications.
Good report writing, documentation, and typing skills.
Ability to coordinate training programmes, prepare reports, maintain records, and support project documentation activities.
Willingness to travel for field visits and training assignments.

Remuneration & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ?20,000/-
Accommodation: Provided by the NGO.
Travel Expenses: Official travel expenses will be borne by the NGO.
Performance-Based Increment: Salary enhancement will be considered based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating training programmes.
Documentation of project activities, case studies, and success stories.
Preparation of reports, proposals, and training materials.
Maintaining project records and data management.
Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and communication activities.
