Position: District Head – Deoghar, Jharkhand

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and oversee project implementation activities in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and field operations experience, preferably in the banking, financial services, microfinance, or enterprise development sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the recruitment and onboarding of an adequate number of Vitta Sakhis and Mentors.
• Oversee and support field-level training programs in accordance with the approved training plan.
• Deliver and/or facilitate training sessions for Vitta Sakhis in coordination with Master Trainers.
• Monitor operational challenges related to training delivery and loan sourcing, and escalate issues as required.
• Ensure achievement of assigned loan sourcing targets.
• Coordinate with local banking partners to address concerns and facilitate timely loan processing.
• Support project reporting, research activities, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Undertake tasks and assignments delegated by the State Head or National Head.
• Prepare and submit monthly work plans and progress reports.
• Ensure prior approval is obtained before sharing any project-related information in the public domain.
• Candidates with experience in banking, finance, microfinance, or enterprise development will be given preference.
• Willingness to travel to other districts, as required, is essential.
