Position Title: Enterprise Mobilizer

Location: Nagpur, Yavatmal, Wardha, Amravati, Chandrapur, and Gadchiroli

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's education, experience, skills, and prevailing market standards.

About the Role:
The Enterprise Mobilizer will play a key role in identifying, mobilizing, and supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), entrepreneurs, and rural enterprises across the Vidarbha region. The position focuses on strengthening enterprises through access to finance, capacity building, market development, business advisory services, and establishing backward and forward market linkages.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about enterprise development, livelihood promotion, and economic empowerment while possessing strong communication, networking, and field coordination skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Identification & Mobilization:
Identify and mobilize existing and potential entrepreneurs across the Vidarbha region.
Conduct field visits to villages, towns, industrial clusters, and business establishments.
Build relationships with entrepreneurs.
Organize awareness campaigns, enterprise meetings, and outreach activities.
2. Business Development Support:
Assess enterprise needs and prepare business improvement plans.
Guide entrepreneurs in business planning, expansion, and sustainability.
Assist enterprises in improving productivity, profitability, and competitiveness.
Support entrepreneurs in formalization and registration processes wherever required.
3. Financial Linkages:
Facilitate access to institutional finance.
Assist entrepreneurs in preparing loan applications, project reports, and required documentation.
Coordinate with financial institutions for timely loan processing.
Support enterprises in improving financial literacy and credit readiness.
4. Capacity Building:
Identify training needs of entrepreneurs.
Organize entrepreneurship development programs (EDPs), skill development workshops, and business management trainings.
Facilitate expert sessions on finance, production, quality, digital marketing, branding, and business compliance.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Market Development & Marketing Support:
Help enterprises develop effective marketing strategies.
Facilitate branding, packaging, product positioning, and promotional activities.
Support digital marketing initiatives including social media promotion and online marketplaces.
Connect enterprises with exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and business networking events.
6. Monitoring & Documentation:
Maintain enterprise database and progress records.
Prepare periodic field reports and success stories.
Track enterprise growth indicators.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Maintain documentation of meetings, trainings, and financial linkages.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Rural Development, Agriculture, Social Work, Management, Economics, or a related field.
A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Travel Requirements:
Extensive travel across all allocated district.
Ability to work in rural and semi-urban areas.
Willingness to travel frequently for field visits, meetings, trainings, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Attributes:
Passion for entrepreneurship and livelihood promotion.
Strong understanding of rural economies and MSMEs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with digital tools for reporting and communication.
Existing network with banks, government agencies, and business associations is desirable.
