Bhagirath Sewa Sansthan, Ghaziabad invites applications from motivated and dedicated candidates for the immediate recruitment of **Outreach Workers (ORWs)** under the **Targeted Intervention (TI) Project** supported by **UPSACS**.

### Vacancy Details

* **Position:** Outreach Worker (ORW)
* **Project Typology:** FSW & MSM (Spa & Massage Parlour Intervention)
* **Monthly Salary:** 10,500
* **Travelling Allowance (TA):** 1,500 per month
* **Total Monthly Emoluments:** 12,000

### Eligibility Criteria

**Educational Qualification**

* Minimum **12th Standard (Intermediate)** pass.
* Candidates holding a degree in **Social Work, Sociology, or Humanities** will be preferred.

**Experience**

* Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in **NACO/UPSACS Targeted Intervention Projects** or the **community health sector**.

**Skills**

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong field mobilization abilities.
* Good knowledge of the local geography of **Ghaziabad District**.

**Preference**

* Candidates belonging to the target community or having prior experience working with **FSW & MSM** populations will be given preference.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits for at least **20 days per month** at identified hotspots and intervention areas.
2. Maintain regular contact with the High-Risk Group (HRG) beneficiaries.
3. Deliver Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) and demand-generation activities.
4. Support the organization of health camps and improve clinic attendance.
5. Ensure regular distribution of condoms and IEC materials as per project guidelines.
6. Facilitate linkages with ICTC, DOTS, OST Centres, and other health services.
7. Maintain daily diaries, beneficiary registration records, tracking formats, and all ORW-related documentation accurately.
