About the Role:
MOC Cancer Care Foundation (MOCF) is looking for a Finance Officer to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, donor requirements, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
* Handle grant accounting, donor reporting, utilization certificates (UCs), and project-wise financial tracking.
* Ensure statutory compliance, including TDS, GST, ROC/MCA filings, FCRA, and other applicable regulations.
* Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, audit schedules, and support statutory/internal audits.
* Track programme and camp expenses, maintain budgets, and monitor fund utilization.
* Manage patient assistance fund accounts and maintain proper financial documentation.

Required Qualifications:

* B.Com (CA Inter/ICWA Inter preferred).
* 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
* Hands-on experience with Tally ERP9/TallyPrime and MS Excel.
* Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
* Experience with NGOs, Section 8 Companies, Trusts, CSR projects, FCRA, or grant accounting will be an added advnantage.
