Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 21,000

Travelling Allowance (TA): 1,400 per month

Total Monthly Emoluments: 22,400

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Post Graduate pass.

Candidates with a degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Humanities will be preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NACO/UPSACS Targeted Intervention Projects or the community health sector.

Good communication skills, field mobilization abilities, and knowledge of the local geography of Bulandshehr District.

Preference will be given to candidates from the target community or those with prior experience working with IDU,TG, FSW & MSM.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits for at least 14 days per month.

A Project manager is responsible for planing, executing, monitoring and reporting and documentation and control the resourse and supply chain managment
