Project Summary :
Vijayavahini Charitable Foundation (VCF), supported by Tata Trusts, is implementing the Yes! to Poshan Programme to promote improved nutrition and dietary diversity among Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLW) and children under five years of age in Koutala Mandal, Asifabad District.
The programme focuses on community-based interventions including growth monitoring, Behaviour Change Communication (BCC), nutrition awareness, kitchen garden promotion, capacity building of frontline workers, and community engagement initiatives to improve maternal and child nutrition outcomes.

Brief Job Description:
1. Manage and maintain project databases and MIS as per the KPIs of the project.
2. Clean, validate and analyse baseline, monitoring, midline and endline datasets.
3. Develop dashboards and analytical reports.
4. Track maternal and child nutrition indicators including diet diversity, growth monitoring and SAM/MAM referrals.
5. Support data collection formats and reporting templates.
6. Conduct data quality assessments and verification.
7. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
8. Support monitoring of project logical framework indicators.
9. Coordinate with Program Associates and Poshan Sakhi’s for timely data submission.
10. Prepare presentations and analytical briefs as required.
11. Support surveys and evaluations.
12. Ensure confidentiality and secure data management.
Job Specifications:
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced MS Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of SPSS/STATA/R/Python is desirable.
• Experience with digital data collection / AI platforms.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Good communication in English, Telugu & Hindi (preferable).

Experience:
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in public health, nutrition, or development programmes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences or related discipline. Relevant certifications in Data Analytics/M&E are desirable.
Salary Benchmark:
As per VCF HR norms and approved project budget, (25k per month).
