Job Description
The PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana Coordinator / Field Executive is responsible for promoting the Government of India's rooftop solar scheme, assisting eligible households with registration and documentation, coordinating the installation process, and providing end-to-end customer support to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Create awareness about the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and its benefits.
• Visit households to identify and engage eligible beneficiaries.
• Assist applicants with online registration and document submission.
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with customers and the installation team to ensure timely project execution.
• Track application status and installation progress.
• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates are preferred.
• Basic computer skills and internet knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or government schemes is an added advantage.
