Job Description
The KYP Coordinator/Mobilizer is responsible for promoting the Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) under the Bihar Skill Development Mission, mobilizing eligible youth for enrollment, assisting candidates throughout the admission process, and supporting the successful implementation of the program through community outreach and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote the Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) in schools, colleges, villages, and local communities.
• Identify and mobilize eligible youth for enrollment in KYP training programs.
• Counsel prospective candidates on course offerings, eligibility criteria, program benefits, and career opportunities.
• Assist candidates with the admission process and required documentation.
• Build relationships with educational institutions, community leaders, and local organizations to increase program awareness.
• Submit regular reports on outreach and enrollment progress.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates are preferred.
• Good communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the field and interact effectively with students, parents, educational institutions, and community members.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online registration processes are desirable.
