ATMA Foundation is non profit organization working on Socioeconomic and political empowerment of people in need in Bihar. Foundation needs Experienced development professional to manage its Project being implementing in Patna, Nalanda , Nawada and Gaya districts . Campaign Manager (Trainee) will on probation cum training period for 3 months and after that He/She will be promoted to Campaign Manager . Campaign Manager will have to manage One unit of campaign at subdivision level as unit in-charge . During Training Period Working area will be Patna, Nalanda , Nawada and Gaya as per choice of candidate , But after training campaign manager will have to work any district of India .

Minimum Qualification :- PG in Social Work ( Sociology, MSW , Management ) with minimum 10 years experience in reputed non government company , society or trust of Bihar, UP , Jharkhand and any other Hindi state of India.

Computer Skill :- Sound Knowledge of MS Office , Documentation , Work Plan , Progress Report , Management of Project Team, Coordination skill with Donor and Foundation Management .

Hon and Allowance during Probation and Training Period ( upto 31st Oct 2026)
