Jr. Graphic Designer - SNA Section, MoHFW
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on contractual basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating creative briefs received from Ministry officials or the Team Leader into visually compelling designs that meet project objectives.
• The role involves understanding project requirements, planning and scheduling tasks, and defining key deliverables and timelines to ensure timely execution.
• The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals tailored to the target audience, including illustrations, logos, and a wide range of creative assets, using appropriate design tools and techniques.
• The individual will make informed decisions on color schemes, typography, layouts, and overall visual composition to ensure consistency with the Ministry’s communication goals. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will ensure systematic organization and backup of all design assets, maintaining a structured databank that enables efficient retrieval, reuse, and adaptation of creatives as required.
Essential Qualification & Experience: Graduation Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
Desirable Qualification: Additional qualification and Certificates in Graphic designing desired. Work experience of media/news set up as an added advantage
Age limit: Should be less than 36 years as on 01.01.2026
Remuneration Range: Rs 57,000 – 63,000/- PM
Annual Increment: The Consultants are entitled annual increment @ 5% per annum, on renewal of their contract. This may be given for the five years of engagement of consultants in a particular level
Reporting to: Addl. DG (Media)/Chief of Media & Communications, MoHFW/Media & Communications Officer/Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
