Strategy Coordinator – SNA Section, MoHFW
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on a contractual basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• The Strategy Coordinator, serving as the Team Leader, will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of all media and communication-related projects in close coordination with senior officers of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
• The role involves understanding the Ministry’s communication objectives, policy priorities, and creative vision for each project, and translating these into e?ective communication strategies and creative outputs.
• The Team Leader will define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements, while ensuring optimal utilization of team capabilities and timely execution of assignments.
• The role requires preparation of comprehensive presentations, briefs, and communication materials for Senior Officers of the Ministry & its officials, ensuring alignment with government priorities and communication standards. The Strategy Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the team by providing leadership, direction, and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Essential qualification & Experience: Graduation Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication along with Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Desirable Qualification: May have worked as a Team Leader in a Media Set up, preferably handling Social Media Teams.
Age limit: Should be less than 41 years as on 01.01.2026
Remuneration Range: Rs. 91,000/- to 1,00,000/- PM
Annual Increment: The Consultants are entitled to an annual increment @ 5% per annum, on renewal of their contract. This may be given for the five years of engagement of consultants in a particular level.
Reporting to: Addl. DG (Media) / Chief of Media & Communications, MoHFW / Media & Communications Officer / Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
