In order to restructuring the organization, new vacancies have been declared by the Kolkata based nationally known NPO, Rural Bengal Biospheric Research Foundation (RBRF), working in collaboration with Labannya, Kolkata (website: www.labannya.com). The organization is looking for SENIOR FIELD COORDINATOR (Livelihood), especially for the rural Community based livelihood projects on Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Forestry development. Candidates who are very dynamic and willing to frequent field visits are only eligible to apply for this post as per the following eligibility.

Eligibility:
1) Age: 30-45 years (M/F).
2) Experience: 5-15 years job experience is preferred (Breakup of service is accepted).
3) Qualification: Graduate or Masters'.
4) Good command in Computer MS Office, Internet and social media.
5) Excellent adoptability and communication skill is required.
6) Energetic, Dynamic and less family/social commitment preferred.
7) Highly field oriented temperament and free from superstitions.
8) Reporting Office: New Town, Kolkata (nearby resident/PG preferred).

Job Responsibility and Functional role:
1) To assist the Project Coordinator/Manager/Director.
2) Systematic beneficiary enrollment, meeting, training, follow-up, database maintain and reporting.

Compensation:
Standard salary range: Rs. 17,500/- - 35,000/- per month, depending on his/her efficiency, effectiveness and temperament. The candidate must mention his/her minimum salary expectation in the cover letter of the mail.
