MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC), with support from Oracle, is implementing an Inclusive STEM Education Programme to improve access to science education for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) enrolled in Government schools.
As part of this initiative, MAMTA HIMC proposes to provide Assistive Science Educational Kits to strengthen inclusive and experiential science learning among girls studying in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) across three project locations:
- Gurugram, Haryana
- Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh
- Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh
The intervention aims to improve participation, engagement, conceptual understanding and scientific inquiry among CWSN students studying in Classes 5 to 8 through accessible and inclusive learning materials aligned with the school curriculum.

Scope of Work
The selected vendor/agency shall be responsible for:
- Review educational requirements for CWSN students.
- Ensure kits are age appropriate and curriculum aligned.
- Ensure accessibility for children with visual, hearing, locomotor, intellectual and learning disabilities.
- Supply complete assistive science educational kits to all selected KGBVs.
- Ensure safe packaging and transportation.
- Deliver materials directly to schools.
- Conduct orientation sessions for teachers and wardens.
- Demonstrate use of kits and assistive learning aids.
- Provide user manuals and instructional material.
- Replace defective materials within warranty period.
- Provide technical support where required.
- Ensure availability of consumables and spare components.
Technical Requirements
The educational kits should:
- Be aligned with NCERT curriculum for Classes 5 to 8.
- Support experiential and inquiry-based learning.
- Be accessible and inclusive.
- Use tactile, auditory and visual learning approaches.
- Encourage independent participation of CWSN learners.
- Be durable and suitable for school use.
- Include teacher guidance materials.
- Preference will be given to kits complying with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
Interested vendors/agencies must:
- Be legally registered in India.
- Possess valid GST registration.
- Have minimum three years of experience in educational supplies, assistive devices or inclusive education products.
- Demonstrate prior experience working with schools, government institutions, NGOs or CSR programmes.
- Have experience in supply of educational kits, STEM kits or assistive learning materials.

The selected agency shall provide:

Payment Terms
Payments may be released as follows:
- 40% upon issuance of Purchase Order.
- 50% upon successful delivery and verification.
- 10% upon completion of orientation and submission of final documentation.
Submission of Proposal

Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the deadline shall not be considered.
