Project Analyst (RCH)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is seeking resumes from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on contractual basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
To assist the RCH Division in the Ministry in their overall execution of RCH Programme.

• To Support / assist work for RCH Programme.
• Monitoring of CPGRAMS and RTI MIS portal.
• To manage HR and aligned matters of RCH Division
• Maintain and update database.
• Draft internal notes for the officers of the Division
• Support the officers of the division for internal and external communications
• To devise an action plan for monitoring implementation of projects.
• Desk review of implementation of projects.
• To obtain monthly physically and financially progress reports on ongoing projects.
• To liaise with state government and obtain monthly progress reports and other information /data required by Division.
• To undertake field visits to states for monitoring and evaluation of programme.
• Any other jobs assigned by the Division.
• Delivery of all the above tasks in a time bound manner

Eligibility-
• M.A / M.Sc. / M.Com. / MBA from a recognized University or Institute.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in government sector at national /state levels, willingness to work long hours and ability of multitasking. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in NHM / RCH at National or State level.
• Key priority areas of work will be to support / assist work in RCH division, quality check of CPGRAMS and RTI MIS Portal, maintain and update of database, draft internal notes for the officers of the division, obtain monthly physically and financially progress reports of ongoing projects and any other jobs assigned by the RCH Division.
• Formal educational qualification, experience and age could be relaxed when there is a published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance

Age: Upto 60 years on the last date of submitting application.

Remuneration Range: The consultant will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,20,000/- on the basis of qualifications and experience

Written test Condition:
If the recruitment process includes a written test, a minimum qualifying mark will be 70%. However, If the number of qualifying candidates is high, a ratio of 1:5 will be adopted for 1 vacancy top 5 candidates will be considered. In case 2 or more candidates qualify with the same marks, all such candidates will be considered.
