Position: HR Executive
Number of Positions: Three
Last Date: 15th August, 2026. The positions will remain open until filled.
Compensation: A salary that is commensurate with market and experience of the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- The candidate is expected to carry out the following key responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction, orientation, and joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Plan and implement employee engagement, staff welfare, recognition, and learning initiatives.
- Support HRIS (FactoHR) and other HR systems for payroll inputs, attendance, leave, employee data, travel, and reimbursement records.
- Assist employee benefits, including Group Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other welfare schemes, and liaise with EPFO and service providers.
- Support training and development programmes for staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, and internal procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, dashboards, and MIS for management, and support HR projects and policy implementation.
- Coordinate with HR vendors, outsourced agencies, and internal stakeholders, and undertake other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Qualification, Experience and Demonstrated Skills
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Good Communication Skills (written and oral)
- Integrity and professionalism
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and digital communications and media tools
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Ability to work effectively with senior colleagues and team members
- Proven work experience of 3 years
