Key Responsibilities

Maintain accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment entries.
Process bank reconciliations and cash book entries.
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Support payroll processing and expense management.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors as required.
Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
2. Working knowledge of GST return preparation and filing.
4. Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
5. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
6. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and organizational skills.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
