The Field Executive/Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring the supply, delivery, installation, and demonstration of agricultural machinery and tools. The role requires regular field visits, coordination with farmers and stakeholders, inventory monitoring, documentation, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

(2.) Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the supply and distribution of agricultural machinery, implements,
and tools at designated project locations.
2. Supervise loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery /Distribution activities.
3. Verify product specifications, quantities, and quality before dispatch and delivery.
4. Conduct field visits for installation, demonstration, and basic operational training of supplied equipment.
5. Coordinate with farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), government departments, NGOs, and project stakeholders.
6. Maintain inventory, stock movement, dispatch records, and delivery documentation.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field progress reports.
8. Resolve field-level operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project guidelines.
10. Collect beneficiary acknowledgements, photographs, and required documentation after successful delivery.
11.Support procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project teams for smooth operations.
12. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-delivery support when required.
13. Travel extensively within assigned districts and project locations.
14. Prepare and verify billing documents, collect photographs of delivered goods, and obtain beneficiary/customer signatures on delivery documents to ensure proper documentation and successful project completion.
15. Represent Saaransh Agro Solutions professionally during all field activities.

(4.) Experience

0–3 years of experience in agricultural machinery supply, field operations, logistics, rural development, project implementation, or related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and work in field operations are encouraged to apply.

(5.) Educational Qualification

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Rural Development, Business Administration (BBA), or any other relevant discipline.
2. Fresh graduates with relevant academic knowledge and a strong interest in field operations are encouraged to apply.
3. Prior experience in agricultural projects, field operations, supply chain, logistics, or rural development will be an added advantage.

(6.) Salary & Benefits

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on qualifications, experience, and performance).
Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy for official field visits.
