Job Purpose
The Block Coordinator is responsible for promoting GVF SCHOOL's educational programs, conducting school outreach activities, organizing scholarship tests, supporting student admissions, and ensuring smooth implementation of the organization's activities within the assigned block.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, teachers, students, and parents.
- Conduct school visits and organize GVF SCHOOL Scholarship Tests and awareness programs.
- Counsel students and parents about GVF SCHOOL courses, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Achieve admission and enrollment goals assigned by the organization.
- Complete student registration and documentation accurately.
- Submit daily work reports and maintain proper records.
- Attend all meetings, training sessions, and official programs organized by GVF SCHOOL.
- Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Maintain professionalism, honesty, and discipline while representing GVF SCHOOL.
- Protect the organization's reputation and maintain confidentiality.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and the internet
- Willingness to travel for field work

Mandatory 7-Day Training
- Every selected candidate must complete a mandatory 7-day training program before joining.
- The training will cover school visits, field operations, scholarship test management, student counseling, admission procedures, reporting systems, and organizational policies.
- No salary, honorarium, travel allowance (TA), or any other financial benefit will be paid during the 7-day training period.
- The training period is intended to evaluate the candidate's discipline, punctuality, communication skills, learning ability, and overall performance.
- Only candidates who successfully complete the training and meet GVF SCHOOL's performance standards will be offered regular appointment.
- GVF SCHOOL reserves the right to discontinue the training or cancel the appointment of any candidate whose performance or conduct is found to be unsatisfactory.
Working Hours
- As per the schedule prescribed by GVF SCHOOL.
- Additional field visits, meetings, and training sessions may be required as per organizational needs.
