CHILD CARE CENTER LEAD
Work Schedule:** Monday – Saturday | 9 hours/day
Location:** Sri City, Andhra Pradesh
Gender: Female only (due to the nature of the childcare environment).
Role Overview
The Center Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the childcare center by leading the creche team, ensuring compliance with SOPs, managing vendors and stakeholders, and fostering a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the creche team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to creche SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and shift planning for the creche team.
• Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and facility operations.
• Coordinate with parents, employer representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain MIS, reports, and all operational documentation.
• Handle petty cash, invoices, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
• Drive adoption of technology and digital tools for center operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and grievance resolution processes.
• Support audits, monthly reviews, and continuous process improvement.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Center Management, Facility Management, or HR background.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience in attendance management, leave administration, payroll inputs, and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and other operational applications.
• HR background or experience in people management.
• Experience in childcare, education, healthcare, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
