Position: Cluster Coordinator-2
Salary: Negotiable as per Experience
Reporting to: Project Lead-Education
Location: -Bhubaneswar
Qualification: Masters in any discipline

Role and Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and monitor project activities within the assigned cluster.
• Coordinate with schools, teachers, community members, CSOs, and government departments.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide technical support.
• Prepare monthly work plans and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Organize meetings, trainings, workshops, and awareness programs.
• Supervise and mentor field staff to achieve project targets.
• Maintain project documentation and submit timely reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of project resources and compliance with organizational policies.
• Identify field challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Represent the organization in coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Candidate Specification:
• Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
• Local candidates from the project area will be given preference.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
