Position: CSC Coordinator
Project: Vihaan Care & Support Centre under NACP-V
Location: Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh
Organization: Coalition for People Living With HIV/AIDS Plus Society (CPMP+)
ABOUT VIHAAN CSC
Vihaan Care & Support Centres provide treatment adherence, counseling, and linkage services to People Living with HIV under National AIDS Control Program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Care & Support Centre
2. Ensure treatment adherence, LFU tracking, and linkage of PLHIV to ART services
3. Conduct home visits, support group meetings, and community outreach
4. Maintain MIS, SOCH/PALS data entry, and monthly reporting to DAPCU/SACS
5. Liaise with ART Centre, District Hospital, NGOs, and PLHIV networks
6. Facilitate counseling, nutritional support, and social entitlement linkages
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education:
Graduate – BSW
http://B.Sc in any stream
http://B.Com in any stream + 3 years experience in healthcare sector OR Post Graduate – Master in Social Work (MSW) / PG in any stream + minimum 1 year experience in healthcare
Preferred: Experience in HIV/AIDS programs, NACP, counseling, community mobilization. Knowledge of local language essential.
Skills Required: MS Office, data reporting, good communication, willingness for field visits.
SALARY & BENEFITS
• Consolidated Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month
• Travel Allowance: Rs. 2,500/- per month
• Mobile Recharge: Rs. 500/- per month
• Total: Rs. 18,000/- per month
