Key Responsibilities

Build partnerships with companies and employers for job opportunities.
Identify employment opportunities for trained youth.
Guide and counsel job seekers on career options.
Organize placement drives and employer interactions.
Maintain placement records and prepare reports.
Coordinate with training teams to improve employability.

Eligibility

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience in recruitment, HR, placement, skill development, or employment services preferred.
Good communication and networking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Passion for working in the social development sector.
