About us : 

Umeed is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering rural communities for the last 29 years and are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to lead its Job Placement Centre. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with companies and employers for job opportunities.
  • Identify employment opportunities for trained youth.
  • Guide and counsel job seekers on career options.
  • Organize placement drives and employer interactions.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with training teams to improve employability.

       Eligibility

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, placement, skill development, or employment services preferred.
  • Good communication and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Passion for working in the social development sector.
