Job Summary
Reports & Documentation Officer bridges field operations and institutional stakeholders (CSR partners, donors, government bodies). You will lead data consolidation, donor reporting, impact case studies, and proposal documentation across child welfare, education, women empowerment, and healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Donor & CSR Reports: Draft monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress reports (PPRs) and compile field data for corporate and institutional partners.
• Impact & Field Documentation: Visit field sites to interview beneficiaries, write human-interest success stories, and maintain an organized photo/video archive.
• Proposals & Compliance: Support the leadership team with concept notes, log-frames, annual reports, and formal documentation for government compliance.
• Coordinate with field team members to gather data, updates, and evidence needed for reporting.
• Ensure all reports comply with donor guidelines, formatting rules, and reporting schedules.

Eligibility:
• BSW/MSW, Mass Communication, English, or related degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in NGO donor reporting, documentation
• Excellent formal English writing skills and working command of Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of CSR frameworks.
