Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, coordination, monitoring and implementation of programmes undertaken by CEE South. Based at the CEE South office in Bengaluru, the position will primarily support projects in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, while contributing to programmes and assignments in other locations, as required.

CEE works across environmental education and education for sustainable development, climate action, waste management, water and watershed management, biodiversity conservation, and related areas of environment and sustainability. The Project Coordinator will therefore work across multiple projects and thematic areas rather than being assigned to a single programme.

A central responsibility of the role is project monitoring, documentation and client reporting. The Project Coordinator will ensure that progress, outputs, outcomes, implementation challenges and lessons are systematically tracked and communicated to clients, funding agencies and other stakeholders.

The position also carries a significant programme development and partnership-building mandate for the CEE Tamil Nadu State Office. The Project Coordinator is expected to establish and maintain strong professional networks in Tamil Nadu, identify opportunities for collaboration, and facilitate partnerships that can lead to new projects and programmes for CEE.
