About OM Foundation:
OM Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation driven by a singular mission: to disrupt the cycle of poverty by providing quality education and nutritional support to underprivileged children. We select one child from each underprivileged family and invest deeply in their journey - providing quality education, skilling, and healthcare, along with personalised attention, mentorship, and long-term support toward higher education, employment, or entrepreneurship.
All children receive full or need-based funding to ensure no financial barrier holds them back. By transforming one life, we aim to uplift entire families - breaking the cycle of poverty for generations.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Fundraising Associate to support OM Foundation’s resource mobilisation efforts. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with a diverse network of supporters including corporate CSR partners, foundations, philanthropists and HNIs in India and abroad.

Selected candidate will play a key role in preparing fundraising collateral, conducting outreach, coordinating meetings, representing OM Foundation with potential partners, and supporting donor engagement initiatives. 2. Fundraising Collateral & Proposals
- Prepare and refine fundraising presentations, concept notes and proposals.
- Ensure all external-facing documents reflect the organisation’s mission and professionalism.
- Coordinate internally with the team to gather relevant data and updates required.

3. Donor Meetings & Relationship Management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential donors and partners.
- Represent OM Foundation during introductory discussions and follow-ups.
- Support leadership in preparing for donor meetings and presentations.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing donors through updates and communication.

4. Partnerships Development
- Develop partnerships with corporates, NGOs, foundations, & other ecosystem organisations.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that strengthen the organisation’s programs and outreach.
- Support the development of long-term strategic partnerships aligned with our mission.

5. Fundraising Campaigns and Events (online and offline)
- Support fundraising through the organisation’s website and digital platforms.
- Help design and execute creative fundraising ideas including crowdfunding campaigns, etc.
- Assist in organising donor engagement / fundraising events and required site visits.
- Ensure visiting donors and partners experience the organisation’s work meaningfully.

6. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track fundraising pipelines, outreach progress, and meeting follow-ups.
- Maintain organised documentation of donor communication and commitments.
- Support preparation of fundraising reports and updates for leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, development, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Comfort preparing presentations, proposals, and donor communication materials.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including corporates and philanthropists.
