Educational Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
* Minimum three years’ experience in Skill Development, Community Development, Rural Development, NGO Sector or similar programmes.

Key Responsibilities
* Support planning and implementation of skill development programmes.
* Coordinate with trainers, trainees and training centres.
* Maintain programme documentation and MIS.
* Conduct field monitoring visits.
* Organize awareness campaigns and mobilization activities.
* Prepare reports and assist in administrative work.
* Support placement and post-training follow-up.
* Carry out any other assignment entrusted by the Director.

Essential Skills
* Good communication skills.
* Computer proficiency (MS Office).
* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
* Ability to work effectively in field conditions.
Mandatory Requirements
* Own two-wheeler.
* Valid driving licence.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Women candidates with their own scooty are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
MAXIMUM AGE: 35 YEARS on 15 AUGUST 2026
