About PDAMSMS:
Purulia District Agragami Mahila O Sisu Mangal Samiti (PDAMSMS) is a charitable and non- profit making organization registered under the societies Registration Act of 1961, having registration No. S/73024. Presently Purulia Agragami is working in Purulia, Bankura, Paschim Medinipur, Paschim Bardhaman & Howrah district on different projects/Programs related to the, economic and health problems of the society. Our basic aim is to assist, promote, channelize, undertake, educational, social, charitable and humanitarian work irrespective of caste, community, religion and economic statues &solely for the purpose of charity and not for the purpose of profit. Keeping this end in mind, the Society in order to promote its activities necessarily requires human capital and assistance, to translate into reality their aims and objectives. Consequently, it is imperative to employ and/or engage the services of personal from time to time.

Knowledge & Skills:
* Familiarity with issues related to marginalized and vulnerability
communities especially with HRGs and their families.
* Strong communication and mobilisation skills.
* Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
* Proficiency in report writing, case study compilation.
* At least 10 days in the field visit required.
* Overall management capacity to monitor, report and guide the
team under him/her in absence of DRP or any other task provided
by the team.

Education & Experience:
The Supervisor should be a Post-graduate in preferably Social Science.
In case, a person with above qualification is not available, candidate with
following qualification and experience may be considered:
Graduate in Social Science (only with regular course) with minimum two
years’ work experience in development / health sector at district level
programmes related to health, livelihood programmes, rural development,
microfinance and HIV/AIDS programmes.

Desired Competencies:
* Fluency Bangla and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong writing and editing skills in English and Bangla.
