Roles & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule social media posts and stories.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Assist in planning reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Monitor engagement and suggest content improvements.

2. Graphic Designing & Presentations
• Design posters, brochures, flyers, banners, and social media creatives.
• Create presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for clients, sponsors, and corporate meetings.
• Assist in designing product catalogues, event invitations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

3. Calling & Communication
• Contact prospective clients, schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs, and event participants.
• Handle inquiries regarding events, workshops, catering, and products.
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication records.
• Coordinate registrations and confirmations for events.

4. Marketing & Business Development
• Assist in promoting Seva's food products and events.
• Support corporate outreach and partnership initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify potential business opportunities and collaborations.
• Help execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

5. Event Planning & Management
• Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, exhibitions, and nature trails.
• Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, participants, and partners.
• Manage registrations, logistics, and guest experience.
• Support event photography, videography, and live social media updates.
• Ensure smooth event operations from setup to completion.

Skills Required
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Social media understanding
• Creativity and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace)
