Position Summary:
The Logistics Executive will support quality product photography, product image cleaning and editing, and uploading products on various e-commerce platforms with accurate product descriptions. The Logistics Executive will also be responsible for maintaining product stock and managing product costs. The role will work closely with artisans, trainers, Community Mobilisers, Marketing Executive, Project Coordinator, MIS team, vendors, and other project staff to ensure the smooth implementation of activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Photography & Image Management – Conduct quality Handicrafts product photography and ensure proper cleaning, editing, and optimization of product images.
2. E-Commerce Product Management – Upload products on various e-commerce platforms with accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and other relevant details.
3. Stock & Inventory Management – Maintain updated product stock records, coordinate timely stock updates.
4. Product Cost Management – Maintain product costing records and support accurate cost calculation and pricing of products.
5. Coordinate with vendors and e-commerce teams for order processing, packaging, delivery, and product-related requirements.
Competencies & Knowledge
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online product management.
• Good understanding of inventory, stock records, product costing, and order management.
• Basic skills in product photography and image editing tools.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Duty Station: The Logistics Executive will be based at the Target location Ara /Patna and should be willing to reside close to the intervention areas to ensure effective field coordination. The role requires frequent field visits; therefore, the candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license to ensure smooth and efficient mobility

Compensation & Benefits
The selected candidate will be entitled to a monthly salary of ?0,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Thousand only) along with a Travel Allowance of 2,500/- (Rupees Twenty-Two Hundred only) per month.

Note:
* PF will be applicable as per the rules, policies, and norms of Bhojpur Mahila Kala Kendra (BMKK)
* Salary Increment: 10% increment as per BMKK norms.
