About the Organisation:
CTED Technician Agency is implementing a training initiative under the WCD Project in Nalanda, Bihar. The project aims to provide quality skill-based training and practical healthcare-related knowledge to trainees and enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classroom and practical training for the Dresser (Medical) trade.
• Provide practical demonstrations related to dressing procedures, wound care, first aid, basic patient care and other relevant skills.
• Demonstrate the proper use of dressing/medical equipment and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Conduct practical assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
• Maintain attendance, assessment and training records.
• Support trainees in developing practical skills and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate with the project team regarding training schedules, assessments and reporting.

Eligibility & Qualification:
• B.Sc. Nursing Degree is mandatory.
• Degree Passout Year: 2019 OR BEFORE 2019.
• Candidates with relevant hospital/industry and teaching/training experience will be preferred.
• Candidates WITHOUT prior experience (Freshers) can also APPLY.
• Candidates having experience in hospital/Dressing Room work and teaching/training will be given preference.

Must-Have Skills:
• Good knowledge of basic dressing and patient-care procedures.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare safety and hygiene.
• Ability to maintain training records and documentation.
• Willingness to work with trainees and project team.

Compensation:
Salary/compensation will be as per project norms and will depend on the candidate's qualification, skills and experience.
