Hiring: Field Officer

**Position:** Field Officer
**Location:** Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan
**Experience:** Minimum 3 Years
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Salary: Rs 25,000/- per month + 3,500/- Travel Allowance (TA)

Eligibility

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in **Social Work (BSW/MSW)**, Rural Development, Sociology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum **3 years of relevant experience** in the social development/NGO sector.
* Experience in community mobilization, field implementation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting is preferred.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Implement project activities at the field level.
* Build and maintain relationships with community members and local stakeholders.
* Conduct field visits, awareness sessions, and community meetings.
* Collect field data, prepare reports, and submit regular updates.
* Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely implementation of activities.

### *Required Skills*

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and with community stakeholders.

**Preference:** Female candidates will be given preference.
