About the project:
Aide et Action (India) has been involved in promoting livelihood education among youth from economically disadvantaged families and providing short-term, skill-based training opportunities to individuals with limited formal education. Theprogrammeishighlysensitivetomarketdemandandtakesuponlythoseemployable tradeswhichhavedemandinthelocalmarket. Livelihoods contribute to the attainment of education and education in turn contributes significantly to enhance livelihood opportunities. With this background, Aide et Action has promoted a unique project called iLEAD (Initiative for Livelihood Education and Development) which is aiming at providing livelihood support to dropout youth of 18 to 25 years from marginalized sections of society through employability training in various trades.
Job Profile:
We are seeking an experienced person for the position of Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the iLEAD (Initiative for livelihood education and development) project. This role requiring a strategic mindset to scale operations, drive high-quality training delivery, ensure over 80% placement rates (Targeting strong placement performance aligned with project goals), retention rates and manage key stakeholder relationships including government bodies, institution partners, corporate partners, NSDC and placement companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct employability potential assessment and sectors based on market demand.
- Manage the end-to-end iLEAD project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build corporate pipelines to achieve 80%+ placement rates and track post-placement alumni retention.
- Oversee NSDC-compliant, industry-aligned training and enforce strict quality assurance.
- Manage MIS data, ensure government/statutory compliance, and report progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Only women candidates are requested to apply.
- Mandatory 10+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale Skill Development, Livelihood, or Vocational Training projects.
- Experience in facilitating large-scale youth placements (minimum 75% youth placed over the career) across various sectors.
- Strong grip on project management tools, budgeting, and risk mitigation.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills with corporate partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).
Compensation:Monthly Gross Compensation of INR 62,000 commensurate with competencies, qualification & experience
