We are a new Charitable Eye Hospital under the Rotary banner at Wagle Estate.
*Aim:* To serve beneficiaries for eye diseases.
*Facilities:* State-of-the-art machines for diagnostics & treatment with *2 Eye Operation Theatres*.

*JOB OPENING*
*Position: Outreach and Marketing Associate
*Employment Type:* Full Time
*Salary:* 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 LPA _(Commensurate with profile & experience)_

*ROLE*
We are seeking a confident, articulate and driven individual to join as *Outreach and Marketing Associate*.
You will serve as the public face of our institution in stakeholder engagements, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Build relationships with social organisations, community centres, senior citizen clubs, NGOs, and corporates to extend eye care to the underprivileged
- Organise and conduct free eye check-up camps across Mumbai & Thane district
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to municipal, government, and corporate bodies
- Draft communication material and mailers for outreach programs
- Coordinate and represent the hospital at events
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and support staff during camps
- Manage on-ground operations: registration, patient flow, counselling, and follow-up
- Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and executed camps
- Promote hospital services, cataract surgeries, and post-op follow-ups
- Support leadership in building external stakeholder relationships

*ELIGIBILITY*
- *Education:* MSW / BSW with specialisation in Marketing and Communications

- *Skills:* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Basic AI tools

*LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS*
- Good spoken and written *English*
- Spoken *Hindi* and *Marathi*
