About SANKALP
SANKALP is an Agra-based NGO working since 1997 across environmental sustainability, water conservation, and community development in seven states of North India. We partner with corporates and foundations on CSR-funded projects and are looking to strengthen our core team with a skilled professional based at our Agra office.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting reports, proposals, and project documentation
• Managing email correspondence and stakeholder communication
• Data compilation, maintenance, and record-keeping
• Participating in meetings with donors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Collating and reviewing field reports submitted by project teams
• Coordinating between different project teams for smooth information flow
• Organizing and conducting internal review meetings
Candidate Profile
• Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Development Studies, Mass Communication, or allied disciplines preferred)
• 5–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the development/NGO sector
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of documentation and coordination processes
