1. Fruit Processing Executive

Location: Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh

Essential Qualification:
• B.Tech in Food Technology

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise the processing and value addition of Amla and other fruits into various products such as Amla Laddu, Barfi, Murabba, Candy, Juice, Squash, Jam, Pickle, and other value-added products.
· Develop and implement appropriate fruit preservation and processing techniques to enhance product quality and shelf life.
· Operate, maintain, and ensure the efficient utilization of modern food processing machinery and equipment.
· Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth implementation of the processing schedule.
· Monitor food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality control standards throughout the production process.
· Ensure proper handling, storage, packaging, and preservation of raw materials and finished products.
· Support the development and improvement of new, market-oriented, and value-added fruit-based products.
· Provide technical guidance and training to workers, entrepreneurs, SHGs, and other beneficiaries involved in fruit processing activities.
· Maintain production records, quality control records, stock details, and other required technical documentation.
· Support the organization of training programmes, demonstrations, workshops, and capacity-building activities related to fruit processing and value addition.
· Perform other technical and project-related responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

2. Leather Footwear Executive

Location: CTED Head Office, Jagdishpur, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh

Essential Qualification:
• B.Tech in Leather Technology / Leather Craft Technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise and support for the manufacturing and development of leather footwear products.
• Assist in planning and coordinating footwear production activities, including selection of raw materials, pattern development, cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing, and packaging.
• Monitor and support quality control processes to ensure that the footwear products meet the required standards of quality, durability, design, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with artisans, production teams, entrepreneurs, suppliers, and other stakeholders for the smooth implementation of footwear-related activities.
• Provide technical guidance and handholding support to artisans and entrepreneurs to improve their skills, productivity, product quality, and understanding of modern footwear manufacturing techniques.
• Support the development of new and market-oriented footwear designs, products, and prototypes.
• Assist in cluster development activities, including capacity building, technology upgradation, production planning, and strengthening of local enterprises.
• Maintain production, quality control, and activity-related records and prepare periodic reports as required.
• Support the effective implementation, monitoring, and coordination of leather footwear and cluster development projects undertaken by CTED.
• Perform other technical and project-related responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualification and relevant experience.
