Sarvo Prayas Sansthan is looking for FPO accountant who will be looking after FPO work in Charaut , Sitamadhi.

The FPO Accountant will be responsible for performing daily accounting and financial management tasks to support the Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) team. The role involves managing expense reports and reimbursements, recording financial transactions in internal databases (such as Tally), and reconciling invoices to ensure the smooth financial functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue opportunities for raising debt and other financing options to support FPO operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shareholders.
• Manage budgets, conduct expense analysis, control costs, and support key investment decisions.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expense and business reports daily.
• Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Enter all financial transactions into Tally on a daily basis.
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records, along with necessary procedural documentation.
• Review and file payroll documents; support basic administrative tasks.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
• Be willing to stay at the block or district headquarters, depending on proximity to the FPO office

Note:- Candidate from Sitamadhi or nearby district will be given preference.
Salary- Take away-Rs.20,000 and travel- Rs.2000.
Should have two wheeler with valid license.
