**Project Manager – SBIF Garima**

**About the Position**

Adharshila Sansthan is seeking a competent and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the **SBIF Garima – Retrofitting and Upgradation of Old Age Home** project in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project coordination, implementation monitoring, team supervision, procurement coordination, documentation, financial monitoring, compliance and reporting.

The position requires regular coordination with the project team, vendors, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure that project activities are implemented effectively and within the approved project plan and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Overall planning, coordination and monitoring of project activities.
* Supervise day-to-day implementation of the project at the field level.
* Coordinate with project staff, vendors, contractors and service providers.
* Monitor civil works, procurement, installation and infrastructure development activities.
* Ensure implementation of activities as per the approved project plan and budget.
* Monitor project expenditure and coordinate with the accounts/finance team.
* Maintain project records, procurement documentation and supporting documents.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports for the donor.
* Coordinate preparation and submission of financial and utilization reports.
* Monitor staff attendance, deployment and performance.
* Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
* Organize regular project review and coordination meetings.
* Monitor project timelines and identify implementation challenges.
* Coordinate with government departments and other relevant stakeholders whenever required.
* Support project audits, inspections, monitoring visits and donor reviews.
* Ensure proper documentation of project progress, photographs and outcomes.
* Maintain regular communication with the management regarding project progress and challenges.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

* Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, Management or a related discipline.
* Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in NGO, CSR or social development projects.
* Experience in project implementation, team management and field-level coordination.
* Experience in procurement coordination, budget monitoring and project documentation.
* Experience in donor/CSR reporting and compliance documentation will be preferred.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organizational, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in healthcare, elderly care, rehabilitation or community development projects will be an advantage.
* Willingness to work from the project location in Lucknow.
