Supporting Intergenerational Lifelong Learning (IGLL) activities involving young kids, adolescent girls and boys, elderly people; supporting the learning facilitators in Open Learning Centers (Srijangan) in their interaction with the kids and adolescents; supporting the process of achieving Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) outcomes for the young kids at the Srijangans.

Since the work involves eudational interventions for the children, native proficiency in Odiya (understanding, speaking, writing) is essentially required. Capacity to communicate with the local tribal people in their language would be preferred. Basic understanding of Bengali will be an asset. Female candidates are preferred. Candidates aboove 55 years of age need not apply.

The position is initially funded till December 2027, which is likely to be extended on mutual discussion, subject to availability of funding. The selected candidate will initially be on probation for 3 months, after which, on the basis of assessment, will be engaged for the remaining period of the contract. Candidates with post-graduate degree will be paid a monthly compensation of Rs 25,000 with added benefits.
