Position : Accountant - Swapnanagari Project
Managerial Level :O1 / Lower-mid level
Reporting to :Chief Operations Officer
Remuneration:Upto 1.44 LPA, commensurate to experience
(Lodging & Food Expenses will be born by the organisation)

Why Do We Want This Position Filled?
To maintain accurate, daily financial records for the Swapnanagari Project.
To ensure timely worker payments, bill processing, & expense tracking on-site.
To support the Site Manager with reliable, regular accounts reporting.

What Do We Expect From This Position?
The scope of the work of this role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Accounts & Bookkeeping
Daily entry of all income and expenses in Tally.
Handle material bills, receipts, and payments accurately.
Prepare monthly expense reports for review..

Reliable Workforce & Payroll Record
a. Maintain workers' attendance, salary, and advance records.
Submit daily/weekly accounts reports to the Site Manager.

Banking & Reconciliation
Manage bank work and maintain bank statements.

How Does Our Ideal Candidate Look Like?
Education & Experience
12th Commerce / B.Com.
Preference for candidates with Construction/Project accounts experience.

Personal Attributes
Quick learner, self-motivated, honest & hardworking.

Languages
Command over Marathi, Hindi & English (both spoken & written).

Software Adeptness
Command over Microsoft Excel, Tally Prime and Google Sheets

Broad OKRs
Objective 1: Accurate & Timely Financial Record-Keeping
KRA 1: Daily entry of income/expenses in Tally, with zero backlog.
KRA 2: Error-free handling of material bills, receipts, and payments.
KRA 3: Monthly expense reports submitted within set deadlines.

Objective 2: Reliable Workforce & Payroll Records
KRA 1: Accurate, up-to-date attendance and salary records for all workers.
KRA 2: Timely processing of advances with proper documentation.

Objective 3: Sound Banking & Reporting Discipline
KRA 1: Bank statements reconciled & maintained without discrepancies.
KRA 3: Weekly accounts reports submitted to Site Manager on time.
