Arunodaya Information Management Society, Ratlam, invites applications from eligible and enthusiastic candidates for appointment to various positions under the Intervention Project.

Available Positions
Project Manager – 01 Post
Counselor – 01 Post
Accountant – 01 Post
Outreach Worker – 07 Posts
ANM – 01 Post

1. Project Manager – 01 Post

Salary: 21,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): 1,400 per month

Educational Qualification:
Post-Graduation in MSW, MA (Sociology), or MBA (HR)

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, preferably in the HIV/AIDS sector.
Experience in computer operations is essential.

2. Counselor – 01 Post

Salary: 16,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): 1,200 per month

Educational Qualification:
Post-Graduation in MSW, MA (Sociology), or MBA (HR)

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, preferably in the HIV/AIDS sector.
Experience in computer operations is essential.

3. Accountant – 01 Post

Salary: 16,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): 600 per month

Educational Qualification:
B.Com or M.Com
Knowledge and experience of Tally software

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, preferably in the HIV/AIDS sector.
Experience in computer operations is essential.

4. Outreach Worker – 07 Posts

The available Outreach Worker positions include:

FSW – 03 Posts
IDU – 01 Post
MSM – 01 Post
FORW – 01 Post

Preference: Female candidates will be given preference for positions related to FSW and FORW.

Salary: 10,500 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): 1,500 per month

Educational Qualification:
High School Pass along with relevant experience

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, preferably in the HIV/AIDS sector.
Experience in fieldwork is essential.

5. ANM – 01 Post

Salary: 12,500 per month

Educational Qualification:
ANM or GNM

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, preferably in the HIV/AIDS sector.
Experience in fieldwork is essential.
