Role Overview:
The Executive – Partnership & Growth will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with Government and private schools, NGOs, CSR organisations and other institutions to expand Bikiran Foundation's programmes.
The role requires strong communication, networking, relationship-building and follow-up skills, along with a willingness to travel and engage directly with institutions and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop partnerships with Government and private schools, NGOs, CSR organisations and other institutions.
Reach out to potential partners and introduce Bikiran Foundation's programmes and initiatives.
Coordinate with schools and institutions for implementing career guidance, scholarship and youth development programmes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and stakeholders.
Support proposal development, presentations, concept notes and partnership documents.
Coordinate meetings, orientations, workshops, career guidance sessions and other programme activities.
Follow up with prospective partners and convert opportunities into active collaborations.
Support mobilisation of students and young people for relevant programmes.
Maintain a database of schools, NGOs, CSR organisations and prospective partners.
Prepare regular updates and reports on partnership activities, outreach and progress.
Represent Bikiran Foundation in meetings, events and networking platforms when required.
Identify new opportunities for programme expansion, institutional partnerships and resource mobilisation.
Work closely with the programme and communication teams to ensure effective partnership implementation.

Salary: Rs 15,000/month
