We run and manage "Sabka Ghar Ashram Dausa" which shelters destitute, orphans, disabled, women and other vulnerable communities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Donor Engagement & Outreach Executive to engage with our existing network of supporters and help convert relationships into sustained support for our Ashram, which provides care to destitute persons, persons with disabilities, orphans, elderly persons and other vulnerable groups.

This is a multi-purpose role combining donor outreach, calling, data management, office coordination and digital communications support. Preference will be given to FEMALE candidates so they are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make regular and meaningful outbound calls to existing contacts/supporters associated with the Ashram.

* Explain the Ashram's work, current needs and opportunities for people to contribute.

* Identify and cultivate potential supporters for:
Annual membership/support, Monetary donations, Food, clothing and other in-kind donations, Birthday/anniversary celebrations at the Ashram, Sponsorships and other forms of support

* Assess and categorise callers/supporters based on their interest, engagement and likelihood of contributing, and maintain a prioritised follow-up database.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, commitments, follow-ups and donations in Excel/Google Sheets or other CRM/database systems.

* Follow up with prospective donors and supporters at appropriate intervals.

* Assist with data entry, documentation, record keeping and routine office coordination.

* Coordinate with the Ashram team regarding donor visits, material donations, events and other supporter activities.

* Assist the Digital Media & Communications Executive with content collection, event coordination, social media activities and other digital communication tasks.

* Provide feedback from conversations with supporters to help improve the Ashram's fundraising and outreach strategy.
