Job Summary
The HR Officer will be responsible for executing the daily functions of the HR department, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and internal policies. He/ She will play a vital role in recruiting, developing, and supporting employees to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage full-cycle hiring for project staff, social workers, field teams, interns, and volunteers.
2. ?Handle attendance, leave tracking and personnel records.
3. Handling staff issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
4. Enforce organizational policies, POSH compliance, and Child Safeguarding guidelines.
5. Conduct employee onboarding, organize capacity-building workshops, and run annual performance appraisals.
6. Ensuring smooth exit process for employees.
7. Co-ordination with different departments to know their requirements
8. Any other work assigned by manager.

Minimum Requirement:
1. Preferred MBA HR/ PG Diploma (HR) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Should have a working knowledge in MS Office, HR Software & MIS
3. Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
