* WE ARE HIRING | PROGRAMME OFFICER – COUNSELLING

SNEHA – Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action

* Program: EHSAS – SAFAR Project
* Location: Navi Mumbai
* Qualification: Post Graduate in Counselling/Clinical Psychology
* Experience: 1–2 years preferred; Freshers can also apply

What will you do?
* Screen adolescents for mental health concerns and provide counselling
* Support adolescents through appropriate interventions
* Conduct psychoeducation sessions for parents, teachers and staff
* Train and support Non-Specialist Mental Health Workers
* Supervise counselling sessions and provide feedback
* Maintain case records and assessment documentation
* Work with schools, communities and health facilities
* Support mental health interventions across EHSAS project sites

What we’re looking for:
* Good communication and counselling skills
* Interest in adolescent mental health
* Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
* Willingness to travel within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
* Self-driven and flexible
